Characteristic of self-confident people

 

1. They take a stand because they think they are always right, but because they are not afraid to be wrong

They know they are right and want you to know it too. They don’t mind being proved wrong. They believe and feel finding out what is right is a lot more important than being right. They often admit they are wrong or don’t have all the answers.                              

2. They duck the spotlight so it shines on others

Self-confident people they work very hard and overcome the major obstacles and turn a collection of disparate individuals into an incredibly high performance team. They don’t need the validation of others, because true validation comes from within.

3. They freely ask for help

Many people feel asking help is the sign of the weakness, lack of knowledge, skill and experience. They are secure enough to admit a weakness.

4. They think, “why not me?

Many people have wrong perception to wait to be, promoted, to be hired, to be selected, and to be chosen. Truly confident people know that accesses are almost universal. They can connect at any time with almost anyone through social media.

5. They listen 10 minutes more than they speak

Self-confidence people called bragging a mask for insecurity, and they are quiet and unassuming. They already know what they think and want to know what you think. They realize they know a lot, but they wish they knew more, and they know the only way to learn is to listen.

6. They aren’t afraid to look silly

When you are confident you don’t mind occasionally being in situation where you aren’t at your best.

The confident people don’t mind occasionally looking bad and realize that when you’re genuine and unpretentious people don’t laugh at you.

8. They seek approval only from people who really matter

When you earn their trust and respect, no matter where you go or what you try you do it with true confidence, because you know the people who truly matter the most are truly behind you.

9. They don’t put down other people

Generally speaking people who like gossip who like to speak badly of others, do so because they hope comparison will make them look better. The confident people makes is to the person she was yesterday and to the person she hopes to someday.
