Inner peace can be defined as letting go, and resting under
the shade of an old tree. It can be refer the state of being mentally and
spiritually at peace with enough knowledge and understanding of oneself strong
in the face of conflict. It said being in peace is healthy according to many
people and is the opposite of being stressed or anxious. Normally peace is
associated with happiness, satisfaction and joy. Most of the spiritual
practices refer to this peace as an experience of knowing of oneself. Many
people experience difficulties when embracing their inner spirituality reason
being everyday overstress gets the best of them.
How to create inner peace
Most of us if not all has a certain amount of emotional
baggage they carry with them everywhere. The most important thing or idea is to
off load this baggage so that we can feel light, vibrant, free, enlightened and
healthy.This baggage can be describe in many ways such as, judgments
towards others, being victimized, abused, guilty for the past mistakes, past deeds,
insecurities and body image problems. It is important to know that everyone is
unique in their genetics and the way they socialize.
The best thing to do is to take your ship out of the harbor
and interact with others. We must believe that we are loved comes with knowing
who we are not judging ourselves or others for mistakes we commit and daily
mediation in which we feel unconditional love of something greater than
ourselves.
We should monitor our
thoughts and know what we think did not reflect the way we feel. Thoughts come
and go without challenge and we must accept that we are our thoughts. But we
can change them and observe how your thoughts differ the way we feel and you
can chose a different place in your mind and which it reflects the way you
feel.
Accept the existence of chaos and confusion the same way you
accept beauty and kindness as they are part of life. You must experience
everything to transform and develop and its nature’s law of light and dark, forth
and back, day and night. The good example is when dealing with difficult
telephones calls and angry person here we can choose to be kind. Even if our
friends ask for donation for umpteenth time we can deal with request kindly. In
this world there is a lot of negative energy and craziness in this world and we
can learn to live with inner peace.
We can only change ourselves by beginning to talk about
ideas and events that are interesting and positive. The life lesson is this if
you feel and think negatively about others, you will also think and feel
negative about yourself as well. We can only change ourselves and it is no for
us to judge the way anyone else lives their lives. Lastly don’t waste your
precious time on what others do don’t take it personally.
