The Importance of Compassion



Compassion its simply means suffering together or feeling that arises when you are confronted with another’s suffering and you feel motivated to relieve that suffering. It is the ability to understand the emotional state of another person or oneself. You became totally different perspectives when it comes to how you see others. Compassion is the act of going out of your way to help physical, spiritual, or emotional hurts or pains of another. It can be regarded as having an emotional aspect to it, though when based on cerebral notions such as justice, fairness and interdependence. It may consider rationale in nature and its application understood as activity based on sound judgment

The importance of compassion

 

1.       You must show compassion is having softness in your heart for the plight of another and softness for their woodenness.When we can see each other as wounded people, we can begin do understand others actions and behavior.

2.       When we forgiveness through compassion benefits you, compassion shows to another allows them to feel noticed and acknowledge for the pain.


3.        It is important to know we are heard, that we are not alone. Compassion is important to show to others because it evokes peace among us as people in the world.

4.       It involves understanding the suffering of another without feeling sorrow orb pity. It says when these emotions are, compassion has turned into personal unhappiness and to suffering.


5.       To feel the emotional pain of another doesn’t relieve their suffering. True compassion you are able to look at the whole world without expectations that it should be different.

6.       If someone is suffering from hunger then it is more appropriate to provide nourishing food.


7.       If people are thirsty provide them something to drink. If someone is in emotional pain you must bring him love and unconditional acceptance.

8.       We need to be present with our emotions and feel sadness about suffering of someone we love is not something we are conditioned to do in our society.


9.       To be compassionate you must give up your personal beliefs about being right. You must be kind and compassionate and being compassionate you are move away from path of selfishness.
To be selfish is to be self-sufficient and independent of everything and everybody else and you get lonely.
