How to motivate yourself to do well in life.



The best way to avoid motivation is to motivate yourself and to organize your life. The other aspects that will help us are passion and it means do things you have love for. The other thing we should take of is the habits as it can create a structure for the day. Do something by getting your brain in a motion and it will help since is not easy for people to start to undertake any adventure. You must promise yourself that you can stop when you feel and then carry on till the work is done. Keep pushing by focusing on a dull task and zoomed it out and start asking yourself   are your undertaking this journey.

You must move around and get your body moving even if your feel that you can’t anymore but because you are motivated to complete the task. You should divide the work into smaller one and focus on completing just one task at a time. The good example is if your write a paper you should start with the first paragraph. You will be amazed how much you can do if you take it one step at a time.
The other important thing is to stay positive, by shaking that bad mood, turn your favorite’s music, go for a short walk or run. Afterwards you will feel more productive once do it.Look at what distracting you from working and are you’re unmotivated because you’re tired, bored, afraid, restless or angry. It is because you are not sure that you have enough time for the unfinished task.

You must find someone who will motivate you when you are feeling not to work and it will help you to carry on as they say two heads are better than one. It will surprise you to find that your friend is part of motivation when u feels lonely. Your friend will help to motivate you to do more when you feel that you want to quiet. You should plan for tomorrow and get up early and prepare all your important things in time in the morning and it will help you to get your momentum.

Don’t forget to reward yourself when you finally achieve what you’ve set out to do. Set clear and progressive goals and when archived them reward yourself by inviting friends out to celebrate.  You must dress for success and know meaning of certain colors red boost your confidence, yellow for intelligence or orange for energy and mental stimulation and light blue, green or pink to calm you down when you are tense.
It is easy to stay on course when you are motivated but motivation can fade as time goes on.
