How to life happy balanced life



The life that requires balanced can be divided into two categories internal and external and people focus on more than that. Some will focus on external things such as relationship, work and lot of activities not focusing on what is going on inside their heart and mind. Sometimes your find yourself spending lot of time being self-reflective and you will miss out on the experience of living.

You need to take some time to look at your life, how you feel and your state of mind. Be honest with yourself and beware of your life that you’re not taking care of. You need to fight your natural tendency to overthrow every ounce of our time and energy on unimportant task ahead. The right thing we need to take out some time each day to be balanced and at the end it will pay off. We will be productive and ready to tackle anything in our way. There are areas which we should spend most of our time focusing on to stay balanced such as intellectual stimulation, physical health, self-introspection and social interaction.
The other way to live balanced life is to challenge yourself intellectually and creating opportunities for yourself that will make your mind to rest. You must be able let you heart free by giving love and be ready to receive it.The other thing you must push yourself to achieve your goals in life and see the bigger picture and enjoy the life.

Keep your health in good conditions by excising that will relieve your level of stress   and in the long run it will help to keep your body in good shape and extend your life. If you stay near the work or campus you can bike every day. Always get enough sleep and make sure your relax. You can keep currents events by reading lot of books that will help you improve yourself and your perspective and do this while you clean commuting and any other task you need to take care of. Keep up your physical, mental, self-introspective and social needs it will be worth the time you invest and will refresh you and keep you going. We must not forget to celebrate our victories or achievements as it will boost our self-confidence and help us to achieve more of our goals in life.
