Personal commitments to overcome Low self-Esteem



What low self-esteem-people is with low self-esteem most of the time they act as if they are great and sometimes they brag or bully and think lot about themselves. True self esteem come from the way we make our choices such as being honest, treating people with respect and when you are responsible for your own actions. Low self-esteem is recognized when people treat others badly by hurting them or putting them down without any mercy. When we are faced with challenges that when we learned how to build self-esteem and improve low self-esteem.

How to build overcome low self esteem

 

1.       Don’t be please people-you must be a real person and you cannot lie all the time so be authentic. Stop pretending for what you are not and be able to face the challenge and by that way you will be free and live without excuses or pretenses and live a healthier live.
2.       Self-emotion- we need to deal with building self-confidence by changing the way we feel emotionally about ourselves. If we believe that we are not good enough then it will affect the way we look, money and lack of confidence sexually. We must deal or change the image of success and we are duty bound to change or overcome insecurity and raise our self-esteem.
3.       Commit mistakes- the way your react to failure is the way you react to success and it defines who you are. Be able to learn from both mistakes and failures and it will help you to build your self-esteem and be a better person in life.
4.       Be responsible-we should always learn to be responsible even when we let those trust us down we must accept our mistakes not come up with excuses all the time. We rather are on the mission to repair the damage we cost and always humble ourselves by apologizing if we make mistakes.
5.       Be of help-we must learn not to be self-centered but be open and help those need our help. The least we forget about our sorrows worries and join the big picture the better. We need to give freely whenever we can and in return will be able to get more than we thought we ever needed.
