How to bounce back from disappointments



They say life is not fair I differ to agree by saying life throws at you what you bargain for. Disappointments are part of life and it hurts so much, to such extent you wish to recover quickly and get better. As people we should learn to accept what we cannot change and have feeling of gratitude or happiness after setback. To bounce back we should shake off your regret, frustration, sadness and, disillusionment.

Smile-you must force the smile and laugh to release the tense emotions and be better very quick. The true greatness in life is not who you are not what you accomplish when everything is done and you’re brought forward something goes wrong. Competitors respond to sadness more aggressively and what you bring reaction with people and to focus on energy maintainers. 

You must have the right ideas of how to succeed and sometimes you will feel disappointed and in life nothing is certain. Be strong because you cannot worry yourself over things you don’t have control over them. If things are not the way you plan them you must learn something to help you in future which might open new better opportunities than the past. You can recall a time when things where good and smooth in your life and life was flowing and you heavy burden removed from your shoulders.

Count your blessings and reflect in three small things that occurred today you are grateful, like have cup of coffee, short line in the post office, having joyful trip to work. You must have some goals to learn or work from them. It is not over if you do not reach your goals and it is not over until you create one specific goal. You must stay positive and involve people and couples of ability to fight adversity. Turn problems in to lemonade and tell yourself that this is the best ever year for you regardless of losing, you can succeed and u can do it.
